Résumé
Amédeo Battispaglia, un émigré italien en Australie, demande à un prêtre transalpin de lui trouver une épouse, ne faisant pas confiance aux femmes du cru, trop émancipées à son goût. Ce dernier va lui envoyer une mignonne prostituée qui a envie de changer d'existence.
